On July 11th, Kanoo Energy and Carbon Clean hosted a landmark event at ADNOC Energy Centre, followed by a dinner reception at Beach Rotana, Abu Dhabi, to celebrate the successful commissioning of the 10TPD carbon capture pilot project at ADNOC Fertiglobe. This is the world's largest modular carbon capture solution, at 10x over the earlier 1TPD in the UK.
The ADNOC Tech Seminar in the morning brought together over 30 key physical attendees from Management (Technology, Low carbon, Energy efficiency teams) and 25 online participants. The seminar focused on the successful deployment of the 10TPD pilot plant at Fertiglobe, providing a detailed examination of the project's technological advancements and its broader implications for ADNOC.

Later in the evening, the celebratory dinner event at Beach Rotana brought together key stakeholders and partners in the successfully commissioned Pilot Project to honor this remarkable achievement. The event featured welcome and thank-you speeches, acknowledging the collaborative efforts that made this project a reality.

As a token of appreciation, mementos were presented by Raman Marwaha, GM Kanoo Energy, to Dr. Falah Obaid Alhameli, Vice President of Technologies (Energy Transition Technologies) at ADNOC, and to Mr. Geert De Raedemaecker, VP Manufacturing of Fertiglobe.
