Maersk recognizes the UAE as the trading and commercial hub of the region, a reason it has established its headquarters in the country for the cluster offices comprising UAE, Oman, and Qatar. With over 40 years of shipping experience in the UAE, we ensure our customers in the Middle East an astute global coverage, with an extensive feeder and trucking setup.
In addition, the main line services calling at Jebel Ali provide direct and fast access to worldwide markets via the strong global fleet of more than 730 vessels, transporting 12 million containers annually in 362 ports around the globe.
Maersk also caters to the market of perishables and foodstuff with its refrigerated containers, which are, by far, one of the best in the industry. These containers are equipped with the latest innovation to guarantee excellent cargo care. We continually seek out innovative, and commercially viable ways to minimize supply chain impacts, thus also helping our customers achieve their sustainability goals.
