Long Service Award

Kanoo Long Service Award is an annual event that aims to honor employees who have served The Kanoo Group for 20,25 and 30 years for their dedication, loyalty and contribution to The Kanoo Group business success and growth.

The Kanoo Group invests in people being its most valuable asset. Employee recognition programs are implemented across all the group companies on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Kanoo family members attend the annual Long Service Awards ceremony and luncheon to express their gratitude to the long service employees, along with senior managers from The Kanoo Group companies.

During the last edition of the Long Service Award ceremony and luncheon, Mr. Yusuf Ahmed Kanoo, Chairman, The Kanoo Group, UAE & Oman said: “I have been constantly impressed with the devotion of our employees who have been with us for decades, without them we wouldn't have that kind of corporate memory that makes us proud of our past and confident of our future”
