24 hours Call Center
In 2003, Kanoo Travel became the first travel company to launch a 24 hours call center that provides emergency travel services, flight information, hotel bookings and event management services to the gulf’s travel market. The call center since has grown from strength to strength and now offers customized service modules to large corporate institutions that require regional travel management solutions.
